Belvoir Developments are always pursuing the acquisition of new sites to
develop within the east midlands.

We specialise in new build projects where we will look at sites with or without planning permission as it is not a necessity at this stage.

Our preferred acquisitions are smaller bespoke sites from 1 plot up to 5 numbered dwellings.

We also consider various other criteria such as demolition of existing properties to rebuild a replacement dwelling. Conversions of agricultural buildings / barns into liveable spaces.
